Italian Lasagna from which you can't drag by the ears. An interesting recipe.

Lasagne "Dal Forno"
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr Bechamel sauce or mayonnaise
- 500 gr Gouda cheese
- 500 gr tomato paste or tomato puree
- 0,5 kg pork
- 0,5 kg veal
- 300 gr onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pc medium carrots or 2 small
- 200 gr fresh tomatoes
- 500 gr lasagna dough
- 200 gr dry white wine
- 50 gr olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
Cooking meat
- 50 gr olive oil, fry the onion until golden brown
- Then add black pepper, grated carrots on a medium-sized grater, 2 cloves of garlic to the onion
- Cut the meat into medium-sized slices
- Next, add the meat to the onion-carrot roast and fry until tender
- When the meat is done, add 200 grams of dry white wine, tomato paste (or puree) and 2 finely chopped or pressed garlic cloves
- Cook for 15-20 minutes
Assembling Lasagna
- Lubricate the container in which the Lasagna will be stored with olive oil
- Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste (or puree) and spread over the bottom of the container
- Put a layer of lasagna dough
- Next brush the layer with 3 tablespoons of tomato paste (or puree)
- Put a layer of meat on top and sprinkle with cheese
- Put a layer of dough on the meat and cheese
- And spread the meat and cheese again
- Spread layers until the dough and meat are finished
- Then beat 2 eggs with Bechamel sauce or mayonnaise until smooth and pour over the lasagna completely
- Place in the oven until the whipped mass is browned. Check with a wooden skewer
